Change in procedure: This is an update on what to do when you accidentally double book an appointment OR you accidentally book an appointment for the wrong contact.
In order to improve the customer experience, the team has made the decision to suspend automated follow-ups to leads during the following designated holidays:
- Easter
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day
To decrease the feeling of spam-like messaging to leads per requested by Genesis Corporate.
